Over the next week Ryan will be scoring a Mojan Javadi short film.
Over the next few weeks Ryan will be working with Susan Frykberg, setting, editing and proofreading some of her music.
Well the countdown continues until the world premiere of “In Their Light” in Athens, Greece. The word is very positive, this from the artistic director Alexandros Pappas:
“Your ‘In Their Light’ excited my musicians!!!!! I think it will be a terrific world premiere. At the rehearsal they played it six times for their personal pleasure.”

Over the last few days Ryan has been editing and preparing a new string quartet by Maarire Goodall. It is an absolutely wonderful quartet by this great man and friend. Look forward to hearing it live.

This weekend Ryan will be in Wellington attending the CANZ/NZSM NZ Composers Conference. This is the inaugural year and should be a fantastic weekend.

Tonight Ryan conducts the Carmel Chamber Orchestra and Senior Orchestra at Carmel College’s music performance evening. This was following their fantastic performances at this year’s KBB music festival.
Tonight the Kristin Symphonia, conducted by Ryan, received a bronze award for their efforts at this year’s KBB music festival.
